In fourth and fifth position, respectively, were the Supreme Court of India and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

According to the report, the military ranks first, with 65% of respondents trusting them.

RBI is placed second, with one in every two (50% of respondents) trusting it.

Parliament, the media, and the Election Commission of India were placed seventh, eighth, and ninth, respectively.

Politicians (16%), political parties (17%), community leaders (19%), and religious leaders (21%), ranked last on the list. These are the ones with the least credibility.

The poll was carried out by Ipsos India, a market research and consultancy business.

उत्तरदाता चार मेट्रो क्षेत्रों से आए थे: टियर 1, टियर 2 और टियर 3।
