The Railway Protection Force (RPF) will take many initiatives as part of the ‘Yatri Suraksha’ operation to increase passenger safety.

RPF will maintain passenger safety by installing CCTV at stations, monitoring active offenders, escorting trains, detecting black areas, and so on.

All parties will work together on a regular basis to ensure passenger safety.

The RPF started a month-long pan-India campaign against criminals in July 2022. The RPF apprehended 365 criminal suspects.

RPF ensures passenger safety via driving, rapid response to concerns, and technology as part of the Seva Hi Sankalp mission.

Railway Security Force:
Railway Police was established in 1854 and granted legal standing under the Police Act of 1861.
The Railway Protection Force Act of 1957 created it as the RPF.

The task of the force is to safeguard the security of railway property and to defend against associated crimes.		यात्रियों की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए ‘यात्री सुरक्षा’ अभियान के तहत रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (आरपीएफ) कई पहल करेगा।

आरपीएफ ने जुलाई 2022 में अपराधियों के खिलाफ एक महीने का अखिल भारतीय अभियान शुरू किया। आरपीएफ ने 365 आपराधिक संदिग्धों को पकड़ा।

सेवा ही संकल्प मिशन के हिस्से के रूप में आरपीएफ ड्राइविंग, चिंताओं पर त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया और प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्यम से यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करता है।

रेलवे सुरक्षा बल:
रेलवे पुलिस की स्थापना 1854 में हुई थी और इसे 1861 के पुलिस अधिनियम के तहत कानूनी दर्जा दिया गया था।

1957 के रेलवे सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम ने इसे RPF के रूप में बनाया।

बल का कार्य रेलवे संपत्ति की सुरक्षा की रक्षा करना और संबंधित अपराधों से बचाव करना है।
